JESSIE LOW
Chief Executive Officer
Jessie possesses extensive experiences in accounting, audit and tax related matters.
She began her career with Ernst & Young, and subsequently progressed to head the Internal Audit Department of a public-listed company involved in securities investment, property development and hire purchase financing businesses.
Since 1996, Jessie has been advising and acting for clients in various corporate transactions through her own business management company. Such transactions include putting in place control systems and processes to further enhance the clients’ businesses operations.
In 2005, she became a sole practitioner and set up her own audit firm. Jessie is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and an accredited tax practitioner registered with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.
BOBBY LEE
Chief Operating Officer
Bobby spent more than 20 years in the Singapore Armed Forces, retiring at the age of 40 as a Lieutenant-Colonel. Throughout his career in the Army, Bobby held several command appointments, culminating as the Commander of the 54th Singapore Armoured Brigade. His experience in the Army prepared him with deep knowledge in operations management.
After leaving the Army, Bobby spent 2.5 years as the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Badminton Association. During his stint there, Bobby saw the association achieve its first ever Women’s Singles Gold Medal at the SEA Games, successfully retained the rights to hold the Badminton World Federation (BWF) Super-series event and helped the Association with several fund-raising efforts.
Prior to joining Medinex, Bobby was the CEO of Northeast Health International Pte Ltd, managing a chain of general practitioner clinics and the pharmaceutical supplies business.
CHAI YEE HOI
Chief Tax Officer
Prior to joining Medinex, Yee Hoi was a Director of a local accounting firm with more than 30 years of experience. He worked with his clients (MNCs and SMEs) on a range of tax and accounting services, including consultancy works.
Yee Hoi has extensive experience in resolving complex tax related issues, and providing tax reviews and advisory on large scale tax assignments. He has also done research work on the tax treatments of various business transactions.
As a Senior Tax Auditor with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) previously, Yee Hoi worked exclusively on the implementation of GST in Singapore. He was involved in the developing papers and presentations on both general awareness issues as well as and specific issues for various industries. He provided insights on the effects of the introduction of GST on business and the commercial issues that could arise.
JOANNE LOW SIAM KIANG
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Joanne Low Siam Kiang is the Financial Controller of the Group. She heads the finance team and is responsible for the overall financial management and accounting functions including corporate finance, taxation, budgetary control, regulatory compliance and reporting.
Ms Low is currently a director of the Group’s subsidiaries, Medinex Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., Medinex Healthcare Pte. Ltd., AccTax Management Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (“AccTax”), Medinex Professional Services Pte Ltd (“MPS”), Medinex Advisory Pte. Ltd. (“Medinex Advisory”), Ark Leadership & Learning Pte. Ltd. (“ARK LL”) and Sen Med Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Sen Med”). Ms. Low has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance.
She started her career with PFS Pte. Ltd., an entity in Prima group of companies. She joined Medinex in 2010 and has been overseeing the finance and accounting functions of the Group since.
Ms. Low is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax), a Chartered Accountant of ISCA, and an Affiliate Member of ACCA.
