Medinex Annual Report Outlines our Key Tenets on ESG
As we seek to expand and diversify our business, we will identify and prioritise sustainability aspects (environmental, social, economic and governance) that have a material impact on the Group, as well as integrate such sustainability features into our business operations.
The Group’s Board and senior management provide strategic direction and consider sustainability issues as part of our strategic formulation. The Board approves the material economic, environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) factors identified by the Task Force, and ensures that the factors identified are managed and monitored.
SUSTAINABILITY PHILOSOPHY
We envisage to achieve sustainability in our services. We endeavour to establish a sustainable healthcare ecosystem by simultaneously considering the economic, environmental and social issues of Medinex and its clients, as well as integrating sustainability features into our business operations. We strictly comply with local laws and regulations and the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) to ensure that there is no incident of regulatory breach and PDPA non-compliance in our services.
SUSTAINABILITY TARGETS
We will implement strict screening of new pharmaceutical suppliers for our clients using environmental and social criteria to ensure that there are zero incidents of environmental and social non-compliance along the supply chain. We aim to improve the productivity of our operations by advancing our innovations and technologies.
